Tires going skrt skrt on turns.

    Every morning when I pull out of my driveway and turn onto the road my tires make that like skkkkrrrrrrt noise. On many turns I’m getting the same noise even when I’m going under 10mph. I associate this noise with like nascar speed so I was wondering if anyone knows why my car is doing this?
