I haven't been following HCH all that much. I just know that the batteries are failing prematurely and that Honda did a software update to ease the load off the battery so that it'll last past the warranty period to avoid replacing within the warranty period. I didn't even know that there's a class action law suit going on for poor mileage. I just saw this article in aol autos Woman Takes Unique Road To Sue Honda Over Mileage so I went to Dont Settle With Honda This lady's got some balls. According to her, today is the day she'll goto court to face a non lawyer Honda rep. I really hope she wins her case.
