Touch & Go update to working

Hello forum members,

Bought a 2014 toyota prius a few weeks back. Purchased 3 year update service and after some formatting and copying managed to start the update for the Touch & Go system. Only the updating doesn't work.

1. software update found. Update? Yes!
1A.Update starts
2. I select countries
3. Click on confirm
4. Message appears that reset is taking place to complete update
5. Reset, nothing else happens
6. Message software update found. So it starts all over again.

The recording i have shows what happens. Message "Radio will reset to complete update", sounds strange to me because nothing has been updated yet. Does anyone know if this is the message that belongs here?

I am not getting below image. Not sure if this should happen before the reset, or it should start after the reset ( i think before). Anybody know what next step?
