Touch Screen mal-aligned 2005

    Our grandaughter put a suction cup device on the glass of our 2005 Prius touch screen. Now when you press on an area we may get results, may not, or something else happens instead of intended touch point. Can this be fixed and how? Thanks

    It can be fixed by replacing the MFD. Suction cups do damage the screen...

    He sells salvaged and tested MFDs (and other parts) for reasonable $ (probably about $750 without a fixable trade in).
