So, as is fairly typical for an almost 15 year old Gen 3, the touch screen is only partially functional. We are selling the car tomorrow and want to delete our phone data, but cannot access the appropriate areas of the system to do that. I tried pulling the fuse and it did cause the system to reboot, but the phones are still in there. Any other relatively easy way to erase all data in the audio system? Been searching the threads and have not found any magic wands. Thanks.
