Touchscreen not turning on, buttons not lit

    Hey, newbie here. I was recently given a 2009 prius, when i got it everything was working fine, but today when i turned it on the screen did not turn on, and the buttons around it are not lit. The dashboard, climate control, and radio are all working perfectly fine, what can i do?

    congrats and welcome!
    make sure the connections and fuse are good. if so. look for a salvage replacement or eBay.

    do you know which fuse it is? I am having the same problem. Its say the fuse for touchscreen, #6, is same as power windows, but the windows are working 2006 prius
