Just a heads up on problems on the Toyota Financial Services website. Incorrect payment due and payoff amounts showing up on the website. Pulled up the numbers, wrote them down, then logged out. Came back 20-25 minutes later (mid afternoon) and an entirely new set of figures (both payment due and payoff) of about $3.00 higher. Called and the advisor could not explain the difference and when I explained to a supervisor that this could be a serious situation since it could affect untold thousands of folks going thru Toyota Financial, I got nowhere. Have printed out each page showing the different amounts for proof. Anyone using Toyota Financial might want to keep an eye out for overcharges.
