Had my 5k service at Toyota of Redlands. I was a little nervous about it since I've read stories about the wrong oil being used and prices being out of control. The 5K service was about $15 more than the standard 5k service, and they explained that ahead of time. The invoice showed 0w20 oil and the service tech confirmed that they did indeed use Toyota-recommended 0w20. The car was done on time... early in fact and the car was clean and looked great. They didn't accidentally reset the trip counters either. I'm sure 95% of service calls at dealers are like this, I just wanted to post about one of them.
