Last week I ordered a IV solar from Toyota of Wausau. The contract is for MSRP which is understandable because it appears I'll have a two to three month wait for delivery. Cash for clunkers has really increased their business and I'd have probably been better off had I ordered a month ago. There was no sales pressure whatsoever from salesman Mark Metz and the experience was enjoyable. The dealership did try to screw me on my trade in, but once they learned that I play golf three times a week with the owner of the local auto auction and could quote the recent wholesale prices for comparable cars they suddenly got real. They will make money on both the IV and the trade in but such is life when purchasing a high demand car. I'm happy with the deal.
