In my email today, I received an invitation from Toyota to take a survey regarding my Prius. It listed a number of areas about the car and asked if you had any problems with this item in the last 12 months. If you checked a box, it would open up a dialogue box where you could explain what the problem or concern was. Took about 15 minutes to complete. Anyone else get contacted with this survey?
