I heard this story on NPR yesterday. Unfortunately the first thing that popped into my mind when they said they were redesigning/introducing so many new models was "uh oh, here come more quality problems". IIRC when the sh*t was really hitting the fan a couple years back, one thing Toyota admitted was that new product development was happening too rapidly to keep quality up to their norms. Time will tell I guess. Jeff
