I think I am right on this that the Toyota rebate increased from $2500 to $3000 for mid-atlantic states and from $3500 to $4000 for Northeast states (incl. NY). Can anyone confirm this. And any tips for good NY dealer for a PP Advance? Coming from SE PA. Not for me, but coaching a friend on this.

At this site you can put in zip codes to verify the different regional Toyota Cash Back and other offers: New Car Deals | Local Toyota Deals, Incentives & Special Offers Vehicle manufactures and dealers tend to have the best incentives toward the very end of the year and later into a given quarter. Toyota is no exception. Current Toyota incentives suggest that the Prime will sell more than 3000 units/month for the first time in November and/or December.
Regions are not as clear as what I was thinking. $4,000 rebate goes to "Greater NY area" which includes part of NJ. Trekking over there tomorrow morning.
