The TPMS sensors may or may not fit on your new rims, from what I've read here. Depending on the contours of the new rim.
Amazon has a pretty good selection of TPMS sensors including OEM Denso for Prius. Not sure if Gen4 takes the same though (Amazon site is pretty good if you put your model in tells you if it fits). You'll need help from tire shop or DIY via Techstream to set up for new TPMS codes.
...at the moment they seem to be running $30 each (per tire) for Denso or Dorman on Amazon. Need to figure out which Denso is best for Gen2 Prius as Amazon fit guide is not saying right now.
