Gen 5 Trailer Wiring Does anyone know of a trailer wiring kit for the Gen 5 Prius? I have a small trailer for hauling bigger items when needed for my rentals. I wasn’t using my truck so I sold it and put a hitch on the Prius.
I'm working on one now. Web Images - Google Drive Some photos. I'm planning on installing it either 1/20 or 1/30 depending on how time allows. Project Snowberry | PriusChat Photos linked etc are being a bitch so I've given up doing a formal write up on this forum. Nothing will hotlink and I don't publicly post photos to hosting sites. I don't have a write up completed yet but it is in process once I can confirm fitment and that the correct wiring is what I'm looking at.
I use this on my 2012 v. The Gen 5 would be similar. The space is very limited. You have to use the 1/4 inch female clamp on connector and the 1/4 males on the adapter's input wiring.
