I'm about to change the transaxle fluid soon. Is it the same as the GenII? I have found some threads about that one. Same tool requirement? Same fluid? Same drain and fill plug?
    Bob, you'd know wouldn't you?
Would it be worth it to have an analysis done? I know there was interest and maybe some problems with the GenII, is the III any different?
Lot of questions, sorry, just not up to speed on CVT's but I have re-built many, C4's, C6's, 727's and 904's, Powerglides etc.
    Just dated myself didn't I?

I don't have access to my pictures and info right now, but I believe the drain and fill plugs are on the side of the transaxle and you would have to remove a plastic wheel well liner for the front drivers side wheel.

How did you make out with the transmission fluid change? Was it easy to access from underneath via the oil change "door"?

    Thanks,
    Eric

There are no dipsticks to fill from the top right?
