I received the postcard yesterday regarding the Toyota EL Settlement due to the unintended acceleration problems associated with the ETCS (electronic throttle control systems). I filled in all the required info but when I clicked on "Submit," it didn't seem to take. There was no error message or any other indication. Has anyone else had this problem? Maybe the system for the settlement website is over-loaded. Thanks.
