Gents, Although I don't achieve the über mpg's like some of you, I do okay with my mixed driving. I usually drive around with the 5 min consumption display. The next display page is the overall milage with a "Best" fuel consumption. My best tank was 50.2 mpg on 462 miles. When I reset the trip after filling up, I accidentally reset it again after 1 mile so now my "Best" mpg is 59.2 mpg for 1 mile. Is there a way to erase that 59.2 mpg trip recording?
The Best mpg and mileage can only be replaced by beating it. Disconnecting the battery will not remove it. Sounds like it's time for a mileage attempt. I stand corrected, tumbleweed is correct below.
