Has anyone else had this problem. The other day driving home from work, my trouble light came on and had no codes, then for a few seconds my oil light light came on. I had the car towed to the dealer and he told me that I had to have my valve seals replaced. I was surprised that a Prius with only 130,000 (2006) needed this type of work. After $1,4000 and a week in the shop I got my car back.
I have to add oil to my Prius every 1000 miles. basically once a week about a quart. It's been lower than that and my oil light never came on.
