Someone said in another post that it could be internal resistance of a cell block being high. You need data for that.
That is something you should have someone who knows how to use Techstream software.... To explain in detail how and what you will need to do before you start checking it will take a lot of explaining how and why.... My suggestion is to find another Technician that can figure out.... App that you use is not one you should use for troubleshooting.....
From watching your video i will pinpoint Hybrid battery imbalance under load and charge...... You will need to inspect and do reconditioning Any imbalance over 1.2 volts will make hybrid battery ECU to go on and off ...what you experienced already.......check pack terminals for corrosion .....
. Some people's use RC chargers to restore the cells life ,can checking for corrosion and cleaning and using a RC charger on the cell be done without completely removing battery from the car? Thanx
