Hello! We have a 2016 Prius V, and I am wondering if anyone knows what the dimensions are diagonally from corner to corner?
welcome! i'm surprised no v owners have replied yet. i'm sure someone will be along shortly with a tape measure.
Search (type in "trunk" in the search box at the top of this page) would give you some messages with the trunk dimensions but not the one you are asking for. The diagonal would vary depending if measured from lip of door or wheel well protrusion or from in front of or behind that. (I'd measure but mine is in the shop.) My experience is that all three dimensions of the object have as much to do with fit as any single dimension. Maybe ask what you are trying to fit in there and someone can tell you if it has fit.
Why not measure yourself? On mine it's approximately 52 inches seats up and approximately 82 inches seats down measured from the rear passenger side to just behind the drivers seat. Also see this thread... Prius v trunk dimensions | PriusChat
