Does anyone know what TSB047-04 means or concerns?

Last Friday my Prius had what I would describe as a systems meltdown. While sitting at a stop light the car died, all the dash lights went crazy and the red triangle of death warning came on along with the check engine light. I got the car restarted after about a minute and drove home on battery power about 4 blocks at very low speed.
Toyota arranged for a tow truck in about 20 minutes (excellent response). And I had the car back on Saturday evening. While I did have to resent the smart entry/start button, all seems to be running well.

Any comments regarding what this TSB fixes would be appreciated.

Yea, it's been pretty widely discussed on this forum. It's a reprogramming of the ECU that basicly forces to the ICE to stay on a bit more. Many have noticed a minor drop in mpg after having it done, but it is a fix for the p3191 MIL.

Kyle informed us that a new update is in the works.

Also, many have restarted the car afte a brief sit with no additional problems. May have had to restart a couple of times to coax the ICE to finally start.
