    Has anyone preformed the "steering column assembly removal" installed new duct and "steering column installation" as referenced in the repair procedure of the tsb?

    I had it done way back in August of 2017 under warranty yes

    In the TSB it mentions that "The pin that secures the center section of the HVAC duct together may be loose, making a buzzing
    noise". If you take a finger and flick at the HVAC duct you will hear the noise.

    I took a hot glue gun and glued that pin down so it no longer vibrates. Problem solved no more noise.
