Hello all. New here. Although I have been sitting on side lines and reading a lot. Have 2-Priuses. An 04 and an 05. His and Hers. The 04, non Nav, has the display not working. Read plenty on EL002-05. But cannot seem to pull up complete TSB. Web pages here and in Yahoo Groups tell me page not found. Humm? Wonder if it is my browser, Mozilla? Already took 04 to dealer. It is a "Certified" prius. Parts dept. called today for me to drop off car for insurance to be able to look at it because of the $3,000.00 Nav Display. First, I explained, again, it is non-nav, and then second, the internet is full of Toyota putting in refurbished $400.00 displays. Parts dept. asked me if i know the part number for the refurbished display? Yea, right! Told them I would look in the Internet. And here I am.

Thanks. That one worked. Plain as day, it says replacement must be ordered through thier exchange program. The Toyota dealership I am working with is really backward. This will be the second time I end up going to Toyoty.Com to get things right. Thanks again.
