Well the Carbon always seemed like an interesting concept to me. I'd rather be able to tell for SURE that it's a cop car than have to GUESS every time I come across a black or white Crown Vic, Impala, Charger, etc. However, I think that taking a conventional four-door full-size sedan and throwing in a bigger engine, lights, etc. is going to be much more cost-effective, meaning our tax money can be spent elsewhere.
