turn off text notification

    I saw a thread about this but I can't find it, so here's another one.

    Is there a way to disable the beep and text received message on the headunit? You have two choices, Read or Cancel.
    When I'm driving, I really don't care about texts at all. I don't want whatever is on the stereo obscured.

    Is there a way to turn the notification off?

    That would be coming from your phone, so look for a setting there - maybe in the BT settings.
