Hello, my 2015 Prius C was totaled recently (then I upgraded to a 2015 Prius) and was wondering if anyone wants to buy the key fobs... or if they are compatible to my Prius? Thank you!
If they look the same as your new fobs then they might be compatible. However since they're used, the dealer would have to do what's called a "seed reset" to be able to program them to another vehicle (rather than the original)
Thank you for your response. What if they don't look exactly alike (one is for PriusC and now I have a regular Prius) - do you think they might still work if they get reprogrammed? I should probably just contact Toyota directly. Thanks!
