U 0293 lost communication with hybrid powertrain control module

U 0293 lost communication with hybrid powertrain control module.

I have a problem like above in my car. Sometimes it just works. But after many hours it is not possible to start again. Even after resetting, this code comes back immediately. What is this going to do? The engine ecu and the control unit of the hybrid battery are good. The car is ready and does not switch from hybrid to engine. Please help me.
