Just so i have it right. The pcv out hose is 3/8 ID ,but this u shaped hose connects to air intake with a (5/8 id?) hose connection. Thus making a catch can out hose to this a 5/8 fitting ,5/8 hose from catch can. thanks
A lot of people just cut that hose at middle, leave the ends connected (at PCV valve and intake manifold), and push 3/8 barb splices at cut ends for connection to 3/8” ID fuel lines to OCC. more info in first link in my signature (link to mother of all OCC threads). If you’re on a phone turn it landscape to see signatures. replacement PCV hose is cheap and readily available from dealership, if you need to restore to stock. my setup attached:
