Hello all, I am new the prius world and I am getting some lesson. I have my sister car because she asked to take a look at it for her and now it has become my problem forever. It's a 2012 prius c with 15" wheels and B3 in 7 and 8 vin locations with 195k miles. All dash lights and the hybrid warning and U0129 failure to communicate with the abs module. The car runs fine with charge the batteries but has no brakes at all, it did have 2 seized front caliber and needed pads badly. I have disconnected the batteries and let the car totally discharge and all errors come back immediately. I have worked my way down to the ABS connector and have found 2 pins 13 & 14 corroded and separated from the connector and stuck in the plug. So my ask is has anyone replaced just the abs module and not the entire system or has anyone had the module rebuilt. Is it even worth attempting this repair or should just change everything.
