UK Hybrid Health Check Question

Hi all,

I am wondering if any UK based members can advise on the Hybrid Health Check battery warranty. I have recently taken delivery of a 2010 Prius that will hit 10 years old at the end of this year. It has low mileage and full dealer service history, so I am expecting it to last sometime.

Having previouslyowned a Lexus I am aware of the Hybrid Health Check performed at each service, my question is, how long does this additional warranty last? I have seen reports of 8 years, 10 years and 15 years warranty on the battery if serviced at Toyota.

If it is 10, I will pick up a Toyota Extended Warranty as that will give some additional peace of mind.
