Unable to change my password because I forgot existing pw

    The screen to change my password [to a strong password] requires me to enter the existing password and I don't know what it is.

    If you log out then go to the login screen, you can click on "Forgot password" and you'll get an email to reset the password which won't require knowing the existing one.
