This may not be the appropriate place, but I am extermely ticked off by this sales person. Follows is a copy of the note I sent to their management and Toyota USA. On the bright side I will whole-heartedly recommend John Stone of Bob Bridge Toyota. Thanks to John my wife and I are owners of new 2008 Prius - our first new car since 1992... ---------------------------------------- Jim Dawson, of Lakecity Toyota just hung up on me. In the process of telling him that we had already bought a car but would shortly be looking for another one. I found his behavior extremely unacceptable and offensive. This is unfortunate as a friend had just recommended Lake City Toyota to my wife and I.
