Hello, Crawled under the wife's '08 to install the fumoto valve I bought a couple of years ago and don't know if the car is missing panels or not. From instructions I'd come across it seemed there was at least one panel to remove to access the oil drain but when I got under there the drain plug was exposed. I'm used to removing panels to access my gen 1 Insight. My question is whether there ever were panels there, and if not has someone created a aftermarket panel to cover that opening(like I see under gen 3 prius)? Thanks!
the panel doesn't go under the oil pan. it does partially block the oil filter. there is also a short, separate panel under the bumper ; it looks like its just for aerodynamics cause its almost flat.
