Yesterday, I saw a dark green classic Prius with an odd placement of their HOV stickers. They chose to place the smaller of the set on the rear quarter panels and then both of the larger ones on the rear bumper - one right and one left. I figure that they just made up their own minds what and where to put them. I think an officer would have to shake his/her head over that one. B)
