Yes, a weak battery will make it act like a dog. Try running your AC until you have 2 bars left. Then start driving the car. Acts very weak until the engine gets the battery back into the blue again. Especially if you have the AC still running. I've really noticed this over the last few weeks as I've been taking my wife to Dr. appointments and I'd wait in the car (with the AC on) to listen to radio instead of the waiting room.
