I don't know about you but it still gripes me that GM calls their minimal effort a hybrid. It gives folks the wrong impression. There I feel better.
For the Prius, they say "First mass-produced hybrid in the world". Seems to me that they misspelled "Best".
Am I missing something here...where are the 'hybrid' passenger cars from GM (somehow the #1 car producer, by the numbers anyway)? There are at least 10 models that are just screaming for a hybrid powerplant, and would increase MPG far more than "5-15%". It's silly. What good will it do anyone if their Suburban costs $6 less to fill every 3 days?? Just wondering... and loving my Prius!
It is interesting that they list all those GM models going out several years and leave out the hybrid Camry that is supposed to be due in 2006.
lolol omg funniest site ive seen in years!! what??...huh?? you mean that wasnt a comedy site? that reminds me of a scientist who worked on the SuperCar in the late 90's. When Bush won and killed the project, he coined this phrase patterned after the 23rd Psalm from the Bible George Bush is my Shepherd; I shall not want - fuel efficiency. He maketh me to lie down in oil laden pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters of the Persian Gulf.
"5-13% better MPG"? Doing what? Sitting in neutral at a stop sign? Winching some logs up while parked? Pfui! I'll look forward to the Escape being listed, so that people can get some idea of the comparison.
