2013 Prius C with Entune. The USB connection allows me to charge my iPod (3rd generation) and iPhone 4S but I cannot play music via that connection. The system is designed to allow playback through the USB, right? I plugged in a flashdrive and was able to play music. I have tried three cables and none allow the feed from the device into the audio system. I am able to connect into the Aux port and play music. Any ideas? The "head service technician" at the dealership is puzzled. Thanks for any help. Ken
is the USB cable made by Apple? I've tried cables made by other manufacturers, and some of the cheap ones work for charging only. Also, try a different cable if you have one and see if that helps.
