I have a new 2020 Prius XLE. The Scout GPS system won't maintain the USB connection to my phone so I can't get the on-screen maps. After trying it with my son's android phone, which worked fine, I've determined it must be something with my phone. It's a Samsung Galaxy S9+ with a One UI, version 2.1 operating system on android 10. My phone works fine in every other way, so it's hard to believe it's the phone. Anyone else have this kind of trouble?
An S9 isn't an old phone. Not sure what year they came out, but within the last 3. Already tried multiple cords.
