USB port not working since oil change at Goodyear.

Hey all - my Prius V (2015) USB port dead. I realize now that it must have happened since my recent oil change. After picking up my car from the Goodyear store - where I refused the cabin filter change - I saw that my trips had been erased from my odometer - and then later realized my USB port was now non-functional. I haven't checked the underdash fuse yet, but am now wondering whether someone unplugged it somehow when messing with the cabin filter removal & replacement? Any advice?
