The blue is fantastic! But since that is the very color I had on my problematic car that led me to Prius, seeing friends drive that rather than myself would make for nice new memories. And sure enough, many have chosen it. A photo I regret not having taken is watching of puffy summer clouds pass by in the reflection of the paint. That blue amplifies the sky color. It's a sweet effect. .
Yup, since my favorite color is blue. I changed the interior to dark gray tho. I backed away from white (blizzard pearl) due to the worry of looking like a government vehicle. I really like the exterior white contrasting with the dark roof line (moon roof, solar panel and rear spoiler are all black). I also wanted to get the two tone contrasting winter gray interior. I now have bisque interior with custom black leather on the handles. I went with the dark gray for a change, plus dark gray matches with the blue so well.
It does match well (as we've seen at PCD). I do like the contrast of the roof and the rear spoiler on the Blizzard Pearl (esp. since I never like white cars because I think Budget rentals) but it's growing on me. Blue is my favourite colour too but for whatever reason, I never got a blue car...
