Hello! I think I’m finally on the Forum. Thank you, Danny! My car is a 2007 Basic Package, Barcelona Red. I bought it used about 8 or 9 weeks ago to replace my 1994 Ford Escort “beater†ride that tossed a rod right in the driveway! So my “new†car had 6001 miles on it when I drove it home from the dealer. They said it was a Toyota program car. They also said the oil had just been changed, but after reading up on oil levels here and on John’s site, I checked my level. It was WAY over filled. I went and got a hand pump at Wally world and pumped out about a cup and a half to get it down to the full mark. It’s also very black oil, not clean looking at all, so I’m getting the oil changed this week. We have nearly 10,000 miles on it now. Let’s see, I got generic “Pilot†seat covers for the front seats as a Christmas gift. The grill is blocked – both upper and lower. Bought floor mats from the dealer 2 weeks ago.
