Using 12v 10 watt solar panel to charge the 12v AUX battery.

    I am from Malaysia, may I know is it possible to charge the 12v aux battery using a 12v 10watt SOLAR PANEL and charge controller ? It is possible to hook it under the hook fuse box positive terminal ( the terminal for jump start ).

    Yes, it should work. I would suggest using a charge controller since the Prius' battery is so small.

    No reason it should. If the battery was bigger, you could eliminate the charge controller. Now you need to rig one up to charge the HV battery.
