V (wagon) spare same as lift back?

    My kid and my Dad are taking my PiP on a road trip...I'm going to put the donut spare from our v in the back if the bolt pattern matches. Does anyone know offhand if this works?

    Different bolt circles; the v is 114.3mm, the liftback is smaller.

    The liftback is 5 x 100 mm bolt circle diameter.
