I have a 2005 and 2008 prius. The 2005 has a 5.1 disk and the overide feature works. I have read about using the other kwi file and making a hybrid disk. The 2008 is very diffrent than the 2005. Will this work I hate the motion lockout already. I am verry good at disabiling the 2005 but dont realy do it except on long trips usualy with a passenger. When will Toyota learn to stop doing this. My Honda is no problem. Even if it unlocked with a passenger it would be ok. They can turn on and off the Air Bag why not tie it in somehow with that sensor. Help..
I have a 2006 Sienna & a 2007 Prius both now with 7.1 Gen 5 NAV disks. I made a hybrid disk for the Sienna successfully with a 5.1 kwi, however I've had no luck with the Prius. Have you made any strides with your 2008?
