Vetronix\Mastertech scanner value

    I have been looling at purchasing a used Vetronix\masterteck scanner made by mac tools.

    I am looking for the Toyota programming module as a minimum and was told that MTS3100 and ET2100MT are exactly the same. The difference is that the first one is made and sold by Vetronix and the other one is made by Vetronix for MAC Tools.

    Is this true and what modules or components do I need to make sure I get with it to do smart key programming and any sort of troubleshooting or programming on an 04 Prius?
