Honestly, I'm not sure I really care about this technology. It seems to be just another way of making us lazier and less skilled as drivers. I pride myself on my ability to drive a car carefully and considerately, including being able to parallel park without too much hassle. I do pride myself in being able to parallel park the fastest (usually in one motion) among my friends but I can see where this can be useful. Since it'll memory 3 spots (at least the Prius version can), you can use it to park in your garage while you prepare to disembark haha.
