I am thinking about getting a Prius soon and was wondering if anyone has dealer recommendations. So far it looks like most people are in Cali so that's a little out of my area. Right now I live in Eastern NC and would be willing to head as far as Raleigh to get a good deal. However, next month I relocate to Northern VA and will be willing to hit anywhere in the DC metro. Any recommendations? Thoughts on waiting to get to a more dense area where I can talk to more dealers.
I live in Wilmington, NC and purchased mine from Rick Hendrick Toyota in Fayetteville, NC. I did not have a good experience with the local Toyota dealer in Wilmington so found the car that I wanted in Fayetteville. I had an excellent sales experience with the Hendrick dealership. They had an "electronics specialist" that spent 1 1/2 hours with my wife and I explaining each system in the car, including pairing our phones to the Hands Free system and setting up a route to Washington, DC on the Nav to explain all of the Nav features. Being in eastern NC it may be worth your while to visit the Rick Hendrick dealership in Fayetteville. I talked with two dealers in the Raleigh area but settled with the Fayetteville dealership.
