    • Production begins in 2023
    • 620km (389 miles) WLTP target (probably closer to 300 mi/480km here)
    • Cd of 0.23
    • 77kWh net battery capacity
    • It's a large car (between Passat and Arteon in size - similar to a Model S in length)
    • RWD and 4Motion (this is my guess, this is not officially revealed)

    Why are brand new VWs always in such short supply in North America? Seem like a problem that has been going on for a long, long time?

    Can't speak to their gasoline models but they are opening an EV factory in Chattanooga, TN very soon (should be a few months now) and that'll produce the ID.4 for local consumption. This should shorten the wait time significantly.
