I placed an order for a prius prime advanced in April with Stewart toyota in palm beach Florida I was told it would take 3 month to get the car I had an electrician place a level 1plug on the wall I dont have a garage this will be my third prius I love the car
Boston Spring must be getting beautiful right now; Florida's too damn hot & humid, I've been told! He could make a little self-paid vacation out of a Prime purchase!! .
i wish, this may be the most miserable spring on record. 48 and rainy yesterday, made it to 60 today, but no sun. the next 10 days look mostly terrible. my father is in bonita springs, 95 and humid. there must be a happy medium somewhere?
You're gonna think I'm a real donkey aperture, but that place is called Southern California!! That's why it's so damn crowded!! I keep telling people, we have terrible earthquakes here, you must be careful! "Welcome to California, Now go home!" was a popular bumper sticker at one time It's 75 degrees, partly cloudy, light breeze, beautiful flowers, lavender and rosemary shrubs and trees in my front yawd, and my back yawd. Carrots and potatoes need to be picked, crepe myrtles starting to bloom near the blooming Jacaranda tree; disgusting isn't it!! Just to rub it in (I don't know why I'm feeling like this!): I forgot about my 35 or so blooming vari-colored hibiscus shrubs, honey suckle blooming everywhere, roses in the front and blooming money tree in the back. The hummingbirds chase insects and each other through the maze of trees and shrubs, along with countless sparrows, finches, phoebes, and other small birds! It's a tough life, but somebody's got to live it!! I feel dirty and despicable, sitting on my porch watching through the greenery, writing this homage to my paradise! .
you sir, are a gentleman, and a scholar. you speak of what you know, and i can only dream of. go west, young man. but how about us oldsters? if i ever make it out there, i promise not to be a drag on the system.
I used to see bumper stickers here in FL that said, "If it's tourist season, why can't we shoot 'em?" And if I could afford a new Prime, I'd be off to Boston or some such place in a heartbeat.
i better be more careful in orlando next february with my mass plates. but then, everyone's a tourist there.
I live in the Tampa area and went to NJ to get my prius prime advanced and took the auto train home. Did it all online and over the phone. Haven't seen one on the road in Florida yet except for mine. Received at 2000 rebate and 960 off the sticker price. New Jersey dealerships had a lot Of them. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
I see PiPs more and more, but they are still exceedingly rare around here. We have two PiPs in our little church of about 70 people plus an '08.
Lowly? LOWLY?!? Hey... I'm doin' the best I can to replace my '08 with a Prime! (I may just need to check out New Jersey, too, that is IF my desperation level gets so high that I decide to visit my brother in up-state NY for a few weeks, with the ADDED purpose of "Tracking Down Primes"....)
I included myself in that group but I am too far away. I expect they would need to allow the other Prius models to include Jerry's wife & her car.
My wife loves her Prius, but she's not into the tech. She just likes the car. She tried it today with the "new" battery for a short trip. Didn't say a word about if it was better, worse, or same. No appreciation for the finer things in life, but apparently glad she married a guy who isn't afraid to fix the stuff he breaks. LOL!
