Hello there,' I just swapped the engine on 2008 gas engine don't start !..I know battery is not a fully charged but I have used a jump cable from other car. I scanned and there was a code p0010, I have replaced camshaft timing oil control valve assembly the code despaired but the problem remain the same.. any help greatly appreciated
Is the engine turning over attempting to start? Does large traction battery show a charge on the display? Charge the 12V and eliminate the jumper cable setup. Even though the 12v battery is not responsible for actually cranking the engine, it does need to boot up all the computers. Did you disconnect the traction battery orange safety plug? One of the common mistakes when engaging the safety plug is forgetting to slide it down after the pivot.
